Magnetic centrifugal pumps and filters

Whether acids or alkalis – MAGSON is the perfect solution for conveying highly aggressive media. Safe operation of conventional centrifugal pumps with shaft seals that are susceptible to wear requires a great deal of technical and financial effort, especially for highly aggressive media or media that tend to crystallize.

The externally rotating drive magnet transmits the motor force to the inner magnet and thus to the impeller without contact. This means that there is no need for a continuous shaft and consequently no shaft seal to the motor that is subject to wear. The pump chamber and drive are hermetically separated by a containment can.

The regularly required maintenance cycles also reduce the availability of the plant. Leakages are excluded, the pumps operate maintenance-free.
