The EVGK rabble rake

  • Use: For extremely low RPMs, mainly used in water treatment and purification. Can be fitted with screens.

  • Drive: PAGERIS® electrical motors are offered as 3 phase (400V, 50Hz) asynchronous motors, compliant with IEC-standards. Power ranges from 0.18 up to 0.37 kW at 1500 RPM. Protection classifications are up to IP55, insulation classes up to F and duty cycles up to S1 (continuous duty). Sealing and mounting flanges in PP.

    Worm drives tailored to PAGERIS® motors compliant with IEC-standards. Rake speeds are from 0.08 to 0.32 RPMs, stepless, with torque limiter.

  • Shaft: In stainless steel 1.4435 with 40 or 60mm diameter. With 0.18 kW length is up to 3000mm, with 0.37 kW length is up to 4000mm.

  • Vanes: Upper and lower links both in stainless steel 1.4571. Upper link lengths for 30° or 45° configuration of the screens are 1500 to 2500mm (0.18 kW) or 2000 to 3000mm (0.37 kW). Lower link lengths are 760 to 1060mm for all configurations.

  • Bearing: Available in PP or in PTFE
